There was no pressure to purchase any particular machine and the decision to buy was strictly our own. Great experience at Preferred when I was in immediate need of a washer and dryer. Taylor was very knowledgeable. 48 hrs later George had installed both W and D in my home and I was back in action! I was impressed with the store and service and would certainly shop at Preferred again. The only hiccup was an increased delivery charge because of my distance from the store.
